
UX Researcher
Join Airy and help us deeply understand our users. We’re looking for a UX Researcher who can uncover insights, validate ideas, and guide product decisions through meaningful research.
About the Role
As a UX Researcher at Airy, you’ll play a key role in shaping product decisions by bringing user insights into every stage of the design process. You’ll work closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers to identify user needs, test ideas, and improve overall experience quality.
This is a part-time role, ideal for someone who enjoys flexible work while making a real impact on a growing product.
What You’ll Do
Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys).
Identify user pain points, behaviors, and motivations.
Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights.
Work with designers to validate concepts and improve usability.
Create research reports, summaries, and presentations.
Help build a research-driven culture within the team.
Continuously test and refine product experiences based on user feedback.

What You’ll Bring
Experience in UX research or a related field.
Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Ability to conduct user interviews and usability testing.
Clear communication—turning insights into stories teams can act on.
Familiarity with tools like Google Forms, Typeform, Maze, or similar.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively (part-time role).
Nice to Have
Experience working with product or UI/UX teams.
Basic understanding of design principles and product thinking.
Experience with analytics tools or data interpretation.
